East Boston, Massachusetts Built from lived experience

Hi, I’m Heidi
Chabuz.

I build websites, write tools for real life, and help families figure out the next step — all from lived experience, not from a template.

This is everything I do, in one place.
01A bit about me

Boston born
and raised.

East Boston is home. The things I make come from real life — the questions that need a clear answer, the tools that should feel human, and the moments when a little help can change what comes next.

I bring that perspective to every project, whether I’m helping a small business make its next digital move or helping a family find their footing. No jargon for the sake of it. No pretending to know everything. Just useful work, made with care.

Spelled uniquely, built uniquely.

A few different ways
to move forward.

Three projects, one shared idea: make the next step a little clearer.

Mindful
Pause.

A little room to breathe, reset, and begin again.

DBT journals, daily micro mindful exercises, and guided pauses for creators, caregivers, people with ADHD, and people in recovery.

Real tools, no guru-speak. One small goal at a time.

Also home to Mindful Threads — recovery-themed shirts, with proceeds helping fund a nonprofit for children who lost a parent to addiction.

My Senior
Solutions.

A little help for the people who do it all.

A caregiver-first guide for Massachusetts families, from one caregiver to another.

I care for my parents, both in their 80s, and built this because I wished someone had explained it all in plain English when we began.

  • The MassHealth coverage gap
  • When a prescription sits in prior authorization
  • Getting paid to care for your own parent in Massachusetts

This is my experience, not legal or benefits advice.
